This video plays on the titantron during Monday night Fusion episode eighty-five, just before the #1 contenders tag team match. It shows the CMV United States champion, Xander Slate, his ribs heavily taped as he holds what's probably his Android up above his head, selfie style, it looks like he's in his Fairfield, Connecticut home. He gets a mixed reaction from the fans, but more actually are cheering him as the boos can hardly be heard.

Xander speaks in a low voice, more serious than usual, he cracks his neck to the side.

Salvi, what you did to me at Absolution . . . Is unforgivable. Ha, and I'm not talking about the bruised ribs, no, those will heal in time. I'm talking about how you STOLE from me! You robbed me of my chance to compete in and win the Royal Rumble match. You took away my rightful spot in the main event of Ascendance. And your worst crime of them all? You deprived me of my one last opportunity to win back MY CMV Undisputed championship . . . So now, I'll deprive you of it too.

Xander peers into the camera as the crowd is eating this up, they hardly get to see Slate so convicted, he's usually cocky and sarcastic, but this . . . This is a new side of him.

He grins slightly as the feed cuts out, a few seconds passing before Suraci's music hits . . .
